S Type Threaded Globe Valve

This S-type stainless steel female threaded globe valve (Su-type globe valve), model J11W-16P, rated PN16.

It features a precision-cast S-shaped streamlined valve body.

Manually operated by handwheel, the disc moves linearly along the pipeline centerline to realize pipeline shu-off and flow regulation.

With external stem thread, it has short operating stroke for convenient operation. 

Thread options: NPT, BSPP, BSPT. Suitable for media such as water and oil.

Q1: What are your primary product offerings?

A1: We specialize in a full range of industrial valves, covering six core categories: ball valves, gate valves, globe valves, check valves, butterfly valves and filters. We offer various material options including carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel, support customization of multiple connection types such as threaded, flanged and welded connections, and provide custom manufacturing in compliance with GB, ANSI, JIS and other standards.

Q2: What quality assurance measures do you have in place?

A2: We have established a full-process quality control system from raw materials to finished products. All materials undergo full incoming inspection upon arrival, strict patrol inspection is carried out for each production process, and 100% of products are subject to pressure testing before delivery.

Q3: What are your standard packaging terms?

A3: Fumigation-free plywood wooden cases are used as standard, with sturdy structure and high load-bearing capacity, suitable for long-distance transportation such as sea freight and land freight. Small-bore and light valves can also be packed in thickened corrugated cartons.

Q4: What is your typical delivery timeline?

A4: Our delivery lead time varies based on order specifications, purchase quantity, material and customization requirements. Standard regular products are well stocked, while bulk and customized orders are scheduled according to production plans. Details are as follows:

Conventional carbon steel/stainless steel valves (ball valves, gate valves, globe valves, check valves, butterfly valves, filters) with common sizes and standard pressure ratings are in sufficient stock. Shipment is arranged within 7-15 working days upon receipt of payment.

For regular non-stock specifications produced with standard processes, the lead time for a normal batch order is 15-40 working days.

 

Q5: Do you provide product samples?

A5: Yes, we support sample service for all valve products. Customers need to bear the sample cost and freight fee, and the sample fee will be fully refunded after you place a formal bulk order.
